PRISCILLA MASTERCLASS

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Welcome to Priscilla Masterclass. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital beauty education products and masterclasses.

In these Terms, “Priscilla Masterclass”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You” and “your” refer to any person visiting our website or purchasing our products.

Business details: [Insert your legal business name, business address and contact email]

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Products and Services

Priscilla Masterclass provides digital educational products, including beauty training, lash education, masterclasses, video lessons, guides and other learning materials.

Our products are delivered digitally. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, we do not supply physical goods or provide physical delivery.

We aim to ensure that our product descriptions, prices and course details are accurate. Please read the description of each masterclass carefully before purchasing to understand what is included.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use this website and purchase our products only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, where required by law.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or misuse our services.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed on our website at checkout. Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time, but changes will not alter an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your email address and payment details.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Your order may be subject to verification or fraud-prevention checks.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted an order if there is an apparent pricing error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason to investigate the transaction. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.

You are responsible for checking the final price and any applicable taxes or charges shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Digital Delivery and Course Access

Our digital products are intended to be available shortly after a successful payment, subject to any processing or technical delays.

Access instructions or course links will generally be sent to the email address you provide at checkout or displayed through the delivery platform used for the product.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking your inbox and spam or junk folders, and maintaining access to the email account and compatible device you use.

If you do not receive your course access or cannot open your purchased content, please contact us at [insert customer support email]. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase.

Access is for the customer who purchased the product unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You must not share login credentials or course access with other people.

We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised sharing, security issues or a breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property and Course Protection

All course materials supplied by Priscilla Masterclass, including videos, demonstrations, photographs, graphics, written lessons, downloadable resources, templates, branding and other original content, are owned by us or licensed to us, unless stated otherwise.

When you purchase a masterclass, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and personal educational purposes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the materials or give you the right to commercially exploit them.

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • Copy, reproduce or redistribute our course materials, except where permitted by law.

  • Share, sell, rent, sublicense or give away course access or login details.

  • Upload our materials to social media, file-sharing websites, group chats or other public or shared platforms.

  • Record, screen-capture, download or reproduce lessons where doing so is prohibited by the course platform or applicable law.

  • Resell, repackage, publish or use our materials to create a competing course or training product.

  • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, branding or other ownership information.

  • Claim our original course materials as your own.

These restrictions do not prevent uses that are permitted by applicable law or rights that cannot legally be restricted.

If we reasonably believe that our materials are being shared or resold without permission, we may investigate, request that the conduct stop, suspend or terminate access where justified, and pursue any legal remedies available to us.

6. Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Because our products are digital, we generally do not offer refunds solely because a customer changes their mind after digital access has lawfully begun, where applicable law permits this approach.

However, we do not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law. If your purchase is not supplied, does not match its description, or has a qualifying fault or access problem, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

For UK customers, digital content cancellation rules may allow a cancellation right to end once digital supply begins, but only where the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements have been met. We will not rely on this exception unless the applicable requirements are satisfied.

If you have a problem with an order, contact [insert customer support email] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request in accordance with our policy and the law that applies to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Our masterclasses are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are designed to help customers develop their knowledge and skills in beauty-related subjects.

We do not guarantee that every customer will achieve a particular result, qualification, income, business outcome, client base or level of skill after completing a course. Outcomes depend on factors including individual practice, experience, technique, circumstances and the way the information is applied.

Unless a course description expressly states otherwise, purchasing a masterclass does not automatically provide an accredited qualification, professional licence, certification recognised by a particular organisation, or permission to practise a regulated activity.

You are responsible for checking the training, licensing, insurance and professional requirements that apply where you live or work.

8. Beauty Practice and Safety

Our educational materials are not a substitute for appropriate professional training, product instructions, individual assessment or medical advice.

When applying beauty techniques, including lash treatments, you must use appropriate hygiene practices, follow product and manufacturer instructions, consider allergies and contraindications, and take reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of yourself and your clients.

Do not perform procedures for which you are not appropriately trained, qualified or legally permitted to carry out.

You are responsible for assessing whether a technique or product is suitable for a particular person and for complying with applicable health, safety, licensing and insurance requirements.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website, checkout and digital course platforms functioning properly. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical faults, internet or platform issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a technical issue prevents you from receiving or using a product you purchased, please contact us so that we can investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution.

We may update website content, product descriptions or course materials from time to time. We will not use such changes to remove contractual features of a product already purchased where doing so would breach our agreement or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

If you purchase as a consumer, you retain all rights and remedies that applicable consumer protection law gives you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for losses caused by misuse of our materials, failure to follow relevant safety instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not exclude or limit responsibility for failing to supply digital content as legally required, for content that fails to meet applicable statutory standards, or for any other obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section removes any legal remedy available to you.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, email providers and digital course delivery platforms.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements. We are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any responsibility we have under our contract with you or applicable law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their inclusion does not necessarily mean that we endorse their content or services.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

When you place an order, certain information may be required to process your payment, provide course access, communicate with you about your purchase and meet our legal obligations.

Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and shared.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, website or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with its updated date. Changes will generally apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively remove rights you already have or alter an existing contract where doing so would be unlawful.

If a change materially affects an existing purchase, we will handle it in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

14. Complaints and Contact

If you have a question, complaint or concern about an order or these Terms, please contact us:

Business: Priscilla Masterclass
Email: [Insert customer support email]
Address: [Insert business address, where required]

Please include your order number, if relevant, so that we can identify your purchase and assist you.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve complaints fairly.

15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operation of our business, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase.

If you are a consumer living outside the United Kingdom, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of any protection that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Where a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the relevant product description, our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms provided at checkout, set out the agreement governing your use of our website and purchase of our products.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Thank you for choosing Priscilla Masterclass. We appreciate your support and look forward to supporting your beauty education journey.
